Most of your data is communicated to us through your active participation. This is the case when you send us your identification data to contact us. 6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

We keep your data for as long as is necessary to achieve our objectives ( see point 3). Once this target has been reached, we will remove them.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM?

You may at any time ask to check, access, rectify, delete, transfer and object to the use of your data, as well as request that it be restricted. All you have to do is send us an e-mail to the following address: privacy@zenchef.com. We will do our utmost to ensure that everything is done as quickly as possible.

8. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA AND TO WHOM IS IT COMMUNICATED?

Our employees, partners and subcontractors. They only have access to it to the extent necessary to carry out your reservation and/or for the fulfilment of the objectives pursued(cf. point 3). Each of them is bound by a strict obligation of confidentiality.

9. DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA ABROAD?

We will only transfer your data to a country outside the European Union if that country provides a level of protection equivalent to what you would find in your country of residence.

10. HOW TO RECEIVE OUR ADVERTISING?

We only use your e-mail address to offer you services similar to those you have already used.

Our website and booking system are not intended for children under the age of 18. If you become aware that your minor child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us at privacy@zenchef.com.

12. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRIVACY POLICY IS MODIFIED?

If we change this privacy policy, we will notify you by the most appropriate means, including email, our website or other means of communication.

13. WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE

Long trials benefit no one. In the event of a dispute between us, we undertake to give priority to dialogue and openness in the search for an amicable solution.
